Can't register an account

I tried two different emails but I can't sign up for a developers account. I filled out the form, it submits. I get no confirmation link and when I click forget password. It says my account doesn't exist.

    Hi Simon,

I'm sorry you're having trouble. Can you please confirm that you've filled out the sign up form here: https://developer.wacom.com/account/sign-up ?

If you have, please send the email addresses you've used to try to sign up to support@devpost.com and we'll forward them to the Wacom team for support.

    Best,
    Serena

    Hi Simon,

We spoke with the Wacom team. At a quick guess, it sounds like you may not have received your confirmation email and verified your email address. After you fill in the form, you are sent an email to verify the email address. You click the link in the email and it takes you to the site to log in. If the account has not been verified, it is not yet active.

Can you please check your spam folder for the email confirmation?

    Thanks!
    Serena

Yes, I've noted I did not receive a confirmation email in the original post and I already looked in the Junk Mail. I also tried a third email. I'll send you the email I've used in a bit.

    Hi Simon,

Thanks for your note and sorry for the delay. We've received word from Wacom that they actually have a bug in their developer.wacom.com system right now that is keeping verification emails from being sent. (The good news - it's not you.)

They are working on a solution and we’ll let you know when they've alerted us that it’s completed.

    Thanks!

    Hi Simon,

Another update for you - we just received confirmation that Wacom will be able to resolve this issue for users that were affected by tomorrow.

If you would like to re-register using a different email address then everything should be fine to do this right away.

    All the best,
    Serena
